SHIPPING & RETURNS

SHIPPING POLICY

Our watches are shipped from Portugal with UPS (worldwide) or CTT/Correos Express (in Portugal) within 3 business days after the date of the order and confirmation of payment. The sole exception are countries that have sanctions/restrictions or locations where UPS doesn't deliver. 

​​RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY​

The Customer has 14 days from the date of purchase to exercise its right of withdrawal and ask for a refund or an exchange.

Before any return for refund or exchange, the customer must contact Steeldive Watches Europe (steeldiveeurope@gmail.com). The goods must be returned by the customer at its own expenses to Steeldive Watches Europe no later than fourteen days after having informed Steeldive Watches Europe about his decision to withdraw.

All returned items must be received in their new unused condition, complete and in their original packaging.

The original purchase price of the goods will be refunded to the customer at the receipt of the goods by Steeldive Watches Europe.

In case of a return for exchange, the new product will be sent at the receipt of the returned item.

Damaged, incomplete, or dirtied articles turned over by the customer won’t be taken back (as far as they could not be sold again) and consequently will not be refunded nor exchanged.
